4th of July cupcakes!
The kids in my family loved the cupcakes I made for them. Red, white and blue cupcakes, buttercream on top with... red and blue POP ROCKS. So fun to eat :)
Pop rocks are fun and all... but Im more of a chocolate and raspberry kind of girl :) These were amazing! Chocolate cake filled with raspberry compote. Topped with buttercream, a fresh raspberry and blueberry drizzle. YUMMM!
Poprocks.... so creative and perfectly fitting for the 4th of July!
