The inside of this cake was varying layers of color; purples and teal. So pretty! Thanks to my amazing client who snapped this picture of the inside of her daughters cake :)

Ocean theme cake
I made this cake for a sweet girl turning 2. They requested a whimsical ocean cake with lots of detail and little character animals. This cake was so fun! I loved making all the details. There is an octopus, 2 turtles, sting ray, 3 fish, 2 crabs and an eel..... starfish, urchins, sand dollars, coral of all sorts, shells, an oyster with a pearl, and seaweed all handmade out of fondant. The ocean floor 'sand' is sparkly brown cake sugar.
The inside of this cake was varying layers of color; purples and teal. So pretty! Thanks to my amazing client who snapped this picture of the inside of her daughters cake :)
